This year the number of roses in our garden doubled it went from two to four. We've been delighted by the performance of our roses. Every one of them has bloomed longer than any perennial in our yard. We tried to select disease-resistant varieties, and so far the worst problems we've had are fat aphids and unusual white spots on some of the leaves of 'Altissimo' and 'Flutterbye.'
