Late summer color in our garden. Move mouse pointer over photo to get names of plants. There are no links in the photo; they are just dummy links used to provide the labels. The labels do not appear if the page has been scrolled down on the monitor!
Click on the links in the left-hand column to see photos of our plants and read our comments about them.
In the photograph are daylilies and crocosmia on the top, and leaves of a barrenwort and bellflowers on the bottom.
Douglas fir, western red cedar, and westerm hemlock are native conifers in the Pacific Northwest. Non-native conifers grow well here. We have false cypresses, spruces, arborvitae, junipers, and a Japanese umbrella pine.
